Posted by ode1111  Published in Compare Life Assurance

What if you could increase your child's self-esteem in 10 minutes playful day?

Your child's self-esteem is either beaten or reinforced by a cycle of communication. Each type of information is unconsciously fed back and forth between the child and the other through body language and voice.

Statistics show that the first impression is made in the first 3-10 seconds of contact. Not much time to establish themselves, but enough for someone else to form an opinion about you.

Whattype of impression that your child do with body language? What evidence does not give others your child about her / his trust, vulnerability, friendliness, shyness? Slumped posture, lack of contact with eyes and a weak voice, giving the impression markedly different from the standing position, direct contact with eyes and a voice clear and strong. The two opposing positions also provoked extreme reactions from others – thus the communication takes place.

Cycles track of your child's communication may be the low powerconfidence by drawing a negative response from others. This cycle can be changed. And it's easy and fun to do!

Usually we think of a superhero as a person physically powerful, with the senses and strengths beyond all that we have or ever will achieve. WeCertainly I do not think ourselves to be superheroes. A Superhero should be someone with greater than normal human power. Right?

Photo of a superhero – Superman, Wonder Woman, Spiderman. Picture the way they present their bodies. Chest high, hands on hips, piercing eyes looking right at you, personally powerful and safe. What a physical presence! Oozing confidence, without saying a word. Their alignment body speaks for them.

Well, not all the force and use Superheroesphysical strength to overcome the evils of the world. Some superheroes use their creativity while 'use of intelligence and research, and some use their strong sense of civic duty, use some humor, a gentle and use their full support to raise their children.

These people are called Ordinary Superheroes. They are all around us. You are probably a normal Superhero yourself! Talk with your child on both types of Superheroes to open the door to find within Superherohim / her.
Here's an exercise to try with your child. Begin to have a conversation with your child about who and what is a superhero.

Then make two lists of people who are superheroes Ordinary – a list is yours, the other child. Have an honest debate about why you chose certain persons. For example, both my parents were on my list because they were such people. And my friend Glenn because of his philosophies of life that always encourages mekeep going strong.

Compare your lists and discuss why each of you think that these people are ordinary superhero. Pay particular attention to how these superheroes Ordinary occur. What is their posture? They look in the eye when they speak? Can you hear and understand every word they say? They smile a lot? It is encouraging to their tone of voice? And every other quality that you think is important Ordinary Superhero. Be playful and havefun!
